LCYC has the best prices around, where else can you find a gated property on Lake Charles with the amenities that we have to offer. You can store your trailer and sailboat on the grounds with the mast up ready to launch off into the lake put your sails on and join us racking every Wednesday Night races start at 6PM during daylight savings time and every second Saturday of the Month races starting at Noon. Even if you don’t have a boat no problem, LCYC has club owned sunfish that are ready for members to use. If you don’t know how to sail no problem, we regularly hold sailing classes for members and the public. If you’re not comfortable with getting on a sunfish no problem we have skipper’s of larger boats that are open to having extra crew on regular racing events every week.
